3. Booking & Appointments
All appointments are booked through cleanbinsaz.com
We confirm all bookings by text message.
Customers must provide access to an outdoor water spigot during service.
You do not need to be home during your appointment.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time service is completed.
We accept:
Monthly plan customers are charged automatically every 30 days.
5. Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before your appointment.
No-shows may result in a $10 fee.
Monthly plans may be cancelled anytime with at least 24 hours notice.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, we will return and re-clean your bins free of charge.
7. Our Right to Refuse Service
Clean Bins AZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at any time for any reason.
8. Limitation of Liability
Clean Bins AZ is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to trash bins or property.
We always take care while working around your property during service.
